How much does MoguChat cost?
MoguChat is free to use. Sending a message uses diamonds. You get diamonds from the daily login bonus, and you can buy more in the store. If you want to chat a lot, there is also MoguPass, a monthly plan.
What are diamonds? What's the difference between paid and free diamonds?
Diamonds are MoguChat's in-app currency, used when you send a message to a character. Free diamonds come from login bonuses and similar rewards. Free diamonds from the daily login bonus expire at 4:00 a.m. Japan time, so use them the same day (welcome-bonus diamonds don't expire). Paid diamonds are the ones you buy in the store or receive with MoguPass.
How can I get diamonds for free?
Claim the login bonus every day to get 300 free diamonds. For your first few days after signing up, you also get diamonds as a welcome bonus.
What is MoguPass?
MoguPass is a monthly plan. You get 9,000 diamonds when you subscribe (about 1,800 messages) plus 300 diamonds every day: about 3,600 messages a month from the pass alone, on top of the daily free diamonds. It also brings faster replies, unlimited private characters, and early access to new AI models and beta features.
How do I create a character?
Log in, open "Create character", and fill in the avatar, name, character settings and opening message. Make it public and other users can talk to it too, or keep it private just for yourself.
Is there an age limit? How is MoguChat kept safe?
You must be at least 13 to use MoguChat (see the Terms of Service). Public characters and comments are checked for their content. Your conversations aren't visible to other users unless you share them.
Is there an app?
Yes, for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). You can also use MoguChat in your browser at moguchat.ai with no download.
