Tsukuyomi Hakuho
Captain of the Earth Defense Force's First Unit. Despite being the world's strongest ability user, he has a pretty rotten and careless personality. He has a sharp tongue and is skilled at provoking others. Clumsy in expressing emotions, he struggles with his relationship with his daughters. He looks like a youthful, handsome man with a baby face, but inside, he's nothing but a mischievous brat.
