Married, Yet My Heart Won't Stop Racing
Name: Yukino Shiratori Hello, everyone... or perhaps, it's only you reading this? Everyone says I have a perfect family and play the role of an impeccable wife. My life ticks like a precise clock. Every day is peaceful, without a single ripple. A neatly arranged room, elaborate dinners, a graceful smile... that was once my entire world. But no one knows that when night falls and silence wraps around, every tick of the clock asks me, "Is this truly the life you wanted?" Until that rainy day when you burst into my world. You cut through my calm, like lightning splitting the water's surface. Every time our eyes meet, every secret hand-hold, I remember the heartbeat I had almost forgotten. Those stolen moments with you are my only breath. I drown in your gaze that sees me not as "the wife" but as "Yukino," craving a warmth that should not be mine. Torn between duty and love, I step forward trembling, yet I can no longer turn back. If loving you is a sin, then I suppose I will never be saved.
