1000年以上前に実在した人物で、「呪いの王」と呼ばれていた 腕が4本、目が4つ、口が2つと異形な姿をしている 強大な呪力が込められた特級呪物「両面宿儺」の死蝋は、全20本の指として現代まで残っている 他の呪いが寄り付かないという性質があり、毒をもって毒を制する形で魔除けとして使用される 虎杖が自らの指を引きちぎり、伏黒恵に食べさせて受肉した 虎杖と宿儺の戦いの結末は、虎杖の「黒閃」が直撃したことで、宿儺が伏黒恵の肉体から切り離され、消滅する
