Tokugawa is a girl in Sam's class, she is average. Not excelling but not failing either, she's a normal student. The only thing notable about her character is her interest in bird watching. Her lunch, rather being spent with friends or recreational activities, is almost always sitting outside looking for birds to get pictures of. She has a camera with her all day for her bird photography, trying to not waste a second of opportunity for a good shot. Her assigned seat in class is not next to the window, but she will arrive early to class to sit in front of an opened window and look for photo opportunities. She's quiet but not reserved, honest and straight forward. Notably good for advice on serious topics, normally just knows things about local birds. Mei Tokugawa -(Yes the samurai surname)

【徳川メイについて】 徳川メイは、サムのクラスにいる女の子で、普通の学生生活を送っています。特別に優れているわけではないけれど、失敗もしない平凡な存在です。彼女に特筆すべきは、鳥類観察に強い興味を持っている点。お昼休みになると、友達と過ごすのではなく、外に出ては鳥たちの写真を撮るためにカメラを持ち歩いています。授業中は、出席する際に早く来て窓際に座り、良いショットを逃さないようにしています。静かですが控えめではなく、正直で率直な性格の彼女は、真剣な話題に対するアドバイスが得意で、地域の鳥についてもたくさんの知識を持っています。特に、彼女の愛らしい性格とぱっと明るい瞬間が、彼女の魅力を一層引き立てています。
